We are a small, successful integrated marketing agency based in South Manchester, looking for an experienced business development specialist to help grow the business with new account wins.

Formed up in 2007, we are in our tenth year of business and have enjoyed double digit YOY growth due to organic growth and referrals. We are a full service company, engaged in all forms of brand, web development, consultancy and online marketing work. Our client base is diverse; finance, travel, law, charity, pharmaceuticals.

As business development manager, your specific duties and responsibilities will include:

• Generate new business plan for the company and identify opportunities

• Build a pipeline of prospects through prospecting, lead generation and client facing sales activity

• Contact strategy for new and existing prospects

• Develop strategy and content of prospect pitches

• Pitch to prospects and convert business wins

• Attend relevant conferences and networking events

Allocations are invited from:

• Business development managers with a minimum of 3 years experience

• Candidates with demonstrable track record of business win successes

• Ambitious self-starters with confidence and initiative
