I'd say our relationship was based on honesty first and foremost

"For me there is no such thing as a marketing budget in my business in so far as I wouldn't want to limit our expenditure to just traditional fields of communication.

"What I like about Robot is that they constantly think outside the box and if they don’t know the answer they say so and go and find that answer. They’ve made mistakes with our business because it's an incredibly tough and competitive business to work in, but what I like is that they recognise what those mistakes are and don’t make them twice and learn something every time.

"When I first met the guys that’s what they said might happen and I can see that learning over the years we have worked together. Now I think we have a well defined plan and I like the fact it's based around sales and enquiries."
